Ready to Apply?
Approval turnaround usually takes 24-48 hours depending on rental verification return.

STEP 1: CHECK AVAILABILITY & APPLY ONLINE
Apply from your computer or mobile device, it’s easy and convenient.
STEP 2: APPLICANTS
Complete an application for each adult 18 years of age and over that will live in the home.
STEP 3: DOCUSIGN & PAY
At end of the application you will DocuSign and pay the $65 fee per applicant.
STEP 4: UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS
Upload last 3 pay stubs or proof of income, and copy of Driver’s License.
